Under The Rasta Influence is a reggae band comprised of all members who met and graduated from Purchase College, and have learned that no boundaries exist when trying to expose their craft. Each member of the reggae band is able to bring something unique to the situation, forging a style and sound that is distinct and very much their own. U.R.I has recently gained acclaim by opening for artists such as Drake, Serani, KRS One & Mr, Vegas this year, as well as being featured in The Source Magazine (April ’09) which states “when it comes to potent live shows and smoking grooves, few bands are able to keep pace.” |
